  • Bell’s Travel Guides For the past 42 years Bell’s Alaska Travel Guide has given travelers to the North an outstanding resource for trip planning and implementing a Dream Vacation. During this time there have been major changes in our business and in the visitors we serve. As our demographic target audience changes, we have come to understand that just having an Ad in a mileage-oriented guide is not enough. It is with this in mind that we have expanded our list of products and services to offer a comprehensive approach to your marketing needs. Our Flagship publication Bell’s Alaska Travel Guide is being updated and improved for 2003. We have also frozen the advertising rates for the 6th year in a row, which makes this publication extremely affordable. This is the first step in developing a successful marketing strategy. 2003 brings the 4th edition of the BTG Mapbook. There will be 250,000 distributed through the rental vehicle market; visitor centres statewide and key visitor locations. Orders for advertising space and materials must be received by Nov 1 preceding year of issue. If advertisement is to be set by publisher, copy must be received by October 15. If acceptable copy, layout, artwork, or printing materials are not furnished by the advertiser in advance of the deadline, publisher reserves the right to repeat the last published advertisement, if any, or to substitute copy which publisher deems appropriate.

  • 16x25 Foldout Map This year marks the first year of a great new advertising opportunity on the state map of Alaska found in Bell’s Alaska Travel Guide and the BTG Map Book. Maps are the most requested and most used information source by visitors and locals alike and our newest product follows the advertising rule of “Repetition is the key to success.” To maximize the effectiveness of your print ad it can be repeated on the foldout map that is an integral part of both Bell’s Travel Guides. This is a very limited offer as there are only a few spaces available. As an added incentive each advertiser on the map will receive 500 maps ($250 value) to handout to their clients.
