TRILLIUM HOLDS INSTITUTIONS TO ACCOUNT
WITH LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AWAY FROM THE RELEASE OF TRILLIUM 2009, WHO BETTER
THAN TO SUPPORT THAN ROSEMARY DECAIRES WHOSE MOST RECENT QUEST FOR A
PUBLIC APPOINTMENT WAS SUBJECT MATTER OF CONTROVERSY FOR THE UNDERDOG.

by a penal or mental health institution. Her goal in accepting this latest public statement is to
serve and protect the vulnerable and that includes institutions.
