  2. 2. A bilby is a small mammal. It is the size of a rabbit.
  3. 3. It has a pouch and it also has claws. A bilby is 50 to70 centimetres long and is sort of an oval shape.
  4. 4. Bilbies live in the central Australian desert and they are very endangered because the rabbits have been destroying their home.
  5. 5. A bilby hops, digs and hunts at night because it is nocturnal . It eats nuts, seeds, insects and fungi.
