Long-form Video <ul><li>WPPA identifies ports/interviewees for taping </li></ul><ul><ul><li>DIS travels to Ports across state, conducts interview with Port Director or designated official </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Based on interview, additional B-roll taping on-site to capture “flavor” of local port. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Additional use of existing Port still photos and video if available. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>WPPA/DIS identify “select takes” from interviews </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Time stamped DVD to WPPA for review, or DIS can take 1 st pass for rough edit. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Selected takes are edited together for initial “rough edit” for content review </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Once content is approved, illustrative B-roll is edited in with thematic graphics, music, sound effects, narration, review. </li></ul></ul>
