  • I do not splurge, I think a lot before I buy something. F | GROUP 13
  • I started spending on myself when I started earning. F | GROUP 13
  • I do lot of research before buying something. F | GROUP 13
  • I buy a deodrant only after it gets over. F | GROUP 13
  • I look for good functionalities in a product F | GROUP 13
  • I like buying premium products because they are worth the money F | GROUP 13
  • I buy personal care products from wholesale market because they offer price cut on most products F | GROUP 13
  • Its very impulsive to me. I try to get a good bargain. I can buy as long as its not over the top expensive. F | GROUP 13
  • I am used to doing a little online research about things that I buy F | GROUP 13
  • Insights
  • “I do not want to splurge money excessively now” Why? • I will start spending when I start earning • I do not want to depend on my family for everything and add to their expenditures “Spending”, not “Splurging”? So what? • So even if I buy something – even premium products - I do enough research to make sure it is a buy ‘worth’ making “I want to ‘provide to’ and not ‘depend on’?” Why is this important? • Research provides worth – which provides justification to my purchases What does this mean? • Dependence on family plays an important aspect of every decision I make ..as a buyer and also while considering the future “The idea of depending on the family makes me feel guilty”
