Just as a building requires a blueprint for its construction, so does an organization, a business, or team. The blueprint for a business consists of five strategic elements: vision; mission; core values; goals, strategies, and projects; resources. Until now, these elements have been presented in a piecemeal manner. Nevertheless, these elements can be integrated in a diagram called the 'House of Excellence.'
When applied to the Wisdomsourcing Project, the House of Excellence becomes the "House of Wisdomsourcing (HoW)." The HoW visually integrates the 5 strategic elements and presents a holistic system for the Wisdomsourcing Project. Nevertheless, the content of the 'House' could be adapted for other organizations and businesses.
