  20. 20. Becoming A Member 1. The OIPF welcomes as new members from any Company active in IP-TV space that feels able and willing to contribute towards the Forum Objectives. 2. Member companies will be expected to adequately staff the established work groups in order to drive the Forum work forward towards our goal. Membership process Review ..
