We provide customized network solutions for Telecoms, Enterprises & Governments in emerging European markets. As technology partner, we develop competitive advantages by reliably integrating complex telecommunications infrastructure into our clients’ sophisticated business operations. TeleLink is built upon four interacting pillars of convergent technology. The tailored ICT solutions of each business group – Data Networks, Wireless Networks, IT Solutions and Intelligent Facilities – provide reliable and secure network connectivity. II. CORPORATE HISTORY  June 2001 – TeleLink is established as a subsidiary of Incoms Telecom 2000  June 2001 – TeleLink starts working on the GloBul Project providing outsourced technical facilities management services on approximately 600 telecommunication sites  June 2001 – TeleLink signs a contract with the Sweden-based consultancy Aerotech Telub, part of the Saab Group, concerning construction and installation of cellular equipment as well as staff training  July 2001 – Motorola-Bulgaria chooses TeleLink to be its exclusive subcontractor on the territory of Bulgaria. A preliminary framework agreement is signed, according to which TeleLink starts acquisition, construction and installation of network sites for the rollout of the GloBul Project  September 2001 – A framework agreement between TeleLink and Motorola-Bulgaria is signed for the acquisition, construction and installation of all new network sites  September 2001 – TeleLink delivers site acquisition services to Intracom–Ericson – the other major equipment provider for the GloBul  October 2001 – Intracom–Ericsson chooses TeleLink as prime contractor for implementation of Ericsson-based network sites on the territory of Bulgaria  April 2002 – TeleLink supplies Ancillary Network Equipment (ANE) to Motorola NATO UNCLASSIFIED page 2 of 11

NATO UNCLASSIFIED NC3A/BOA/12797  October 2002 – TeleLink sets up a Computer and Communications Department where highly qualified IT experts start a successful partnership between TeleLink and Cisco Systems that exists to this day  December 2002 – TeleLink becomes an IBM partner in the area of pSeries Enterprise servers  December 2002 – TeleLink establishes a subsidiary specialized in the development and operation of value-added services based on voice, SMS and GPRS  February 2003 – TeleLink signs a partnership contract with Oracle  July 2003 – ТeleLink initiates strategic alliance with Italtel and Cisco Systems for the development and construction of Next Generation Networks (NGN) in the area of telecommunications  December 2003 – TeleLink signs a contract with Information Services Plc for design and delivery of an IP-based telephone system for the Bulgarian Ministry of Finance  January 2004 – TeleLink is ISO 9001:2000 certified  January 2004 – Telelink starts the preventive maintenance of Globul sites;  February 2004 – TeleLink is chosen to set up a national infrastructure of Metropolitan Area Networks (MANs) for the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC)  March 2004 – TeleLink wins a contract for the construction of a national communication infrastructure for the Bulgarian financial group DZI-Rosseximbank  March 2004 – TeleLink starts construction of data centres for the Bulgarian financial group DZI-Rosseximbank  May 2004 – TeleLink becomes a Silver Certified Cisco Partner  May 2004 – TeleLink, in co-operation with Italtel and Cisco Systems, initiates trials of NGN solutions for a complete information infrastructure of the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC)  November 2004 – TeleLink wins a PHARE-funded project for the construction of a nationwide networking of the Bulgarian Justice System  November 2004 – TeleLink signs the Contract with Globul for Preventive and Corrective maintenance of the 50% of Globul sites;  December 2004 – TeleLink starts the construction of an IP-based corporate communications system for the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) NATO UNCLASSIFIED page 3 of 11

Currently this project is 80% completed.  Implementation of telecommunications masts /from 3 to 23 tons steel structures/, quite often in places with difficult access.
