      • Provide end-to-end QoS, network/application security
      • Provide usage-based charging, etc.
    • 3 rd stage(2008 ~): solve the on-going technical issues and business convergence scenarios
      • Develop protocols and service scenarios with voice and video encoding and security options
      • Extend NGN capabilities for IP TV service in terms of location, QoS control, navigation, directory, processing, and storaging, etc.
