  • The Problem - When students enter the technology market, they frequently discover that the silos of technology competencies they mastered in college need to be integrated in the workplace. Employers have to invest months of ramp-up training for these new college grads to help them integrate the technologies they have learned to enable them to solve real-world problems. The Solution – A Tech What is it? – Integration of voice, etc., is the state of the art today and the basis for tomorrow. Bringing together products and capabilities is the most serious challenge for industry – all movers and shakers have a convergence lab to model interoperability issues and to develop solutions.
