    • OUR COMPANY The Road to Recovery is a psychological counseling center with clinics located in Cobb, Clayton, Dekalb, Gwinnett, Fulton and Hall counties. Alcohol/Drug Psycho-educational Programs, Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Programs, Family Violence Intervention Programs, Pre-Trial Diversion Programs and general psychiatric and psychological counseling services are provided in English and Spanish by licensed/certified, bilingual/bicultural counselors with professionalism, warmth, empathy, care and respect .
    • OUR HISTORY Founded in 1995, The Road to Recovery , is the first and the premier fully bilingual and bicultural counseling center providing specialized programs in forensic psychology and forensic social work in the State of Georgia.
      • The Road to Recovery is the first and only Latino owned private counseling center of its size licensed by the State of Georgia Department of Human Resources (DHR) to provide ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) outpatient substance abuse treatment services in English and Spanish.
    • The Road to Recovery is approved and certified by the Georgia Commission on Family Violence and the State of Georgia Department of Corrections to provide Family Violence Intervention Programs, in English and Spanish to the Stone Mountain, Clayton, Northeastern, Gwinnett, Fulton and Cobb judicial circuits.       The Family Violence Intervention Program offers:
      • A program designed for individuals, men and women, committed to behavior modification.
      • And to understand and change attitudes and beliefs which have proven harmful to them and to others
      • The Anger Management Program (AMP) is offered to individuals who at any time have been unable to control their anger and other negative emotions with another, Non-Spouse/Partner, individual (s).
      • These are the cases in which Road Rage,
      • Fighting, Obstruction of Justice, Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Trespass, and other charges may have resulted from such lack of self-control.

      • The Road to Recovery is the only licensed psychological practice currently providing DeKalb County DUI Court with a Comprehensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Program to the Spanish speaking population.
      • The Road to Recovery is the only licensed Latino psychological counseling practice in the State of Georgia providing a Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment Program to Drug and Alcohol Dependent offenders for the Gwinnett County Drug Court in English and in Spanish.

      • Located in Gainesville, Georgia, Gainesville DUI & DDC School, is the only DUI & DDC School in northeast Georgia that provides the Risk Reduction Program in English and Spanish on a weekly basis.
    • Gainesville DUI & DDC School
      • The Risk Reduction Program is provided in Spanish in its entirety by a bilingual and bicultural administrative staff/instructors.
