    Hello Robin,

I’ve just come across your slideshow, and thought I’d add a quick note of appreciation. It covers sources that are new to me, too, even though I’m involved in maintaining our own own resource list for an ERM research project. It goes to show how much all of us in the field depend on knowledge compiled and shared by various individuals like yourself generous enough to make the fruits of personal expertise available to the wider professional audience.

Robin, there are several resources here that I wasn’t aware of. Depending on personal interest, this is a great tool for records professionals to keep up to date on what is happening in RIM within the community of records management as well as out in the world. This presentation could also be used as a marketing resource -- showing the unenlightened or the recent convert all these references; a staff development tool (give them assignments); as a tool to use to find examples and references for cost justification, ROI, etc. for budget, etc.
Great work--are you planning to put the presentation on an update schedule?
