  5. 5. About our Program <ul><li>Who: </li></ul><ul><li>Business Professionals </li></ul><ul><li>Ages 30’s to 50’s </li></ul><ul><li>Although students were invited, the target audience was professional and socially aware Gainesville citizens. </li></ul>
  6. 6. About our Program <ul><li>What: The Mike Bernos CD Release Party. This was a fundraising and awareness event to benefit the Harvest of Hope Foundation. </li></ul>
  7. 7. About our Program <ul><li>Where: The Historic Thomas Center in Downtown Gainesville. It is a restored Mediterranean Revival-style hotel that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. </li></ul>

  9. 9. About our Program <ul><li>Why: the purpose of this event was to raise money for the foundation, raise awareness of the foundation in the area, and promote a local artist. </li></ul>

Animation Plan <ul><li>2:00 -2:30PM: Sound check – sound check man </li></ul><ul><li>2:30 –4:30PM: Downtime </li></ul><ul><li>4:30 –5:30PM: General setup (tables, flowers, food, drinks, etc..) (all team members) </li></ul><ul><li>5:30 -6:00PM: Finishing touches, deal with last minute emergencies (all team members) </li></ul>

  15. 16. Strengths of our Program <ul><li>Everyone in our group contributed </li></ul><ul><li>The music was fantastic </li></ul><ul><li>LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! </li></ul><ul><li>Event ran smoothly and on time </li></ul><ul><li>Positive feedback from concertgoers </li></ul>
  16. 17. Weaknesses of our Program <ul><li>Reaching One Target Audience </li></ul><ul><li>Not a well-known organization </li></ul><ul><li>Not as many participants as expected </li></ul>

Participant Evaluation <ul><li>At the beginning of the concert, comment cards were handed out to the participants and collected at the end. </li></ul><ul><li>Evaluation Outcome: </li></ul><ul><li>2/5 of participants heard about the event from an online source. </li></ul><ul><li>4/5 of participants said they really enjoyed the concert. </li></ul><ul><li>The one complaint was that the facility was too cold. </li></ul>
