QPS/mPay Gateway offers physicians and all health providers the ability to estimate, authorize and capture a patient’s commitment to their payment responsibility, while they are in the office. Our solution enables physicians to estimate the
cost of current or future procedures. Concurrently, While the patient is still in the office, we collect a credit card “authorization-only” on the estimate, to reserve their funds until post-adjudication finally occurs. Since the funds have already been reserved, By using our platform, on receipt of the EOB, funds are deposited in to your account within 24 to 48 hours and the file is closed. It’s that simple. Very similar to how you would book a hotel room in advance of your stay.
