  • 3. Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is a very popular product in Spain. It is sold in these orange bottles
  • 4. Spain imports most of the oil consumed domestically
  • 5. Our country is one of the major Worldreferences for this product, as it’s used inmost homes.
  • 6. NUCLEARPOWER STATIONS
  • 7. Spain has recently becomethe leader in production ofwind power in Europe and isthe fourth biggest windproducer in the world.
  • 8. Wind energy is the third technology of the Spanish power system
  • 9. We take the biggest part ofour energy from water. It´sa clean energy source, but it has consequences for the landscape.
  • 10. These are the PS20 and PS10 towers. They are located near Seville, in the south of Spain.They produce electricity from the sun using 624 large movable mirrors called heliostats.
  • 11. In 2005 Spain became the first country in theworld to require the installation of solar electricity systems in all new buildings.
  • 12. Our conclusion is that some energy sources are dirty, non sustanaible and dangerous for our health.
  • 13. If we want to create a better world, ourcountries should work together todevelope new energy sources that respectour environment.
