  3. 3. What can I do in Powerpoint? • You can create: – electronic slide shows, – web pages and photo albums – Even overheads transparencies, • Your presentation is made up of multiple slides all in a single file.
  4. 4. Preparing a Power Point Show 1. Create Text for each slide in the presentation 2. Select a design to define the look of each slide 3. Use the Master slide to customize the design 4. Make individual changes for slides, such as a) Customized formatting b) Add graphics c) Include sound or video 5. Add slide transition 6. Add animation
