  • 2. Mike Gerholdt is the CEO & Founder of ButtonClick Media and is also the Director of Client Engagement at Red Argyle. ButtonClickAdmin.com is the absolute best resource for Salesforce Admins as it provides reviews/summaries of the newest Salesforce features and interviews with some of the best and brightest in the Salesforce community.   • 3. Since 2005 Mike has been working on large enterprise Salesforce orgs in a system admin or developer role. Mike is the creator of some of the most popular apps on the AppExchange including Field Trip, Draggin' Role, and Steam Role. In early 2012 Mike joined RingLead as Chief Product Officer and has overseen the development of AppExchange hits like Dupe Dive, a free duplicate diagnostic app, and Unique Entry, the only as-you-type duplicate @Michaelforce michaelforce.org prevention app for Salesforce.   • 5. Brent Downey is currently the Salesforce.com Administrator at Gates Corporation, a global industrial manufacturer. Brent worked on a project team to roll-out Salesforce to Gates' sales team, and was the primary admin on a number of these projects including North America, South America, Europe and India. Brent is the leader of the Denver Salesforce User Group. He also Volunteers @brentdowney adminhero.com his time and knowledge to non-profits who are leveraging the Force.com platform.

  • 7. Jarrod Kingston is a Salesforce MVP with over 4 years of experience in the support, training, and advancement of Salesforce. Jarrod is well versed in all aspects of Salesforce, holding certifications as a Salesforce Developer, Administrator, and Sales Cloud Consultant. You may recognize Jarrod from our Salesforce Admin Hack Series webinars on the case and account object which he co-hosted with Mike Farrington.
