Taylor Swift is an inspiration to many kids and adults,many people
admire her talent,she writes very great songs.Taylor swift is a very
talented country pop singer and songwriter she is also a musician
and actress.She stars in the movies,Valentines Day,as well as
Hannah Montana the movie,as and the Jonas brothers 3D movie!

3. Early Life
Taylor Swift was born on December ,13 ,1989 she was born and raised in Wyomissing
Pennsylvania.Her maternal grandmother was a professional opera singer.Taylor has a younger brother
named Austin.In fourth grade taylor swift won a poetry contest.At the age of 10 a computer repairs
man taught Taylor how to play three cords on the guitar.Later she worked on her very first song
entitled Lucky you.Taylor swift was a victim of bullying in her young ages so she wrote songs as a form
to express her emotions,Taylor began to write songs on a regular basis,she used it as a way to help her
because she did not fit in,at school.Taylor was very passionate of preforming in front of audiences and
she began preforming in her hometown at karaoke contests, and festivals, as well as at many
fairs.When Taylor was 12 years old she devoted an entire sumer to write a 350 page novel which still is
left un published.In her high school years she attended the high school of Hendersonville,but was
home schooled for junior, and senior years.In the year 2008 she earned her high school diploma!
Taylor’s first huge show was a well-received performance at the Bloomsburg Fair.Taylor has many
musical influences some include Shania Twain,LeAnn Rimes,Tina Turner,Dolly Parton as well as
Taylor’s very own grandmother.Even though her grandmother was a professional opera singer ,Taylor
Swift always enjoyed, and loved country music.

4. Music Career
When Taylor was 11 years old she made her first trip to Nashville.She went there hoping ,and hoping
to Obtain a record deal by distributing demo tapes to every label in town,but sadly was rejected.She
started to visit Nashville regularly and wrote songs with local song writers.When she was 14 her and
her family had decided to move to an outlying in Nashville suburb.When Taylor Swift had turned 15
she rejected RCA Record, because the company wanted to keep her on a Artist Development
Deal.After Taylor had played at The Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, Scott Borchetta, signed her to his
newly formed record label named Big Machine Records.When she was 14 she became the youngest
staff songwriter,hired by the Sony/ATV Tree Publishing House.After her record label she became one
of the most famous country/pop singers,she released her debut single Tim Mcgraw in 2006 it was #6
on the Billboard magazine’s Hot country Songs Chart.Her newest album released is called Speak
now,and Fearless.

5. Taylor’s Acting
In 2008 Taylor Swift made her acting debut in Brad Paisley’s music video called Online.Still in 2008
Taylor filmed a documentary for MTV called Once Upon A Prom,also a documentary with Def
Leppard for CMT called CMT Crossroads,this premiered on November 7th 2008.Also Taylor Swift
worked with the Jonas Brothers In their 3D film,this was released on February 27th 2009,all over
North America it sold $12.7 million on the opening weekend.Taylor Swift also made her television
acting debut on CBS’s:CSI.Taylor hosted and preformed as the musical guest for the November
7th,Saturday Night Live.Later in the year 2010 Taylor stared in the film Valentine’s Day,for the role she
won the Teen Choice Awards for Movie Female Breakout.

6. Personal Life
In 2008 Taylor Swift was in a relationship with a member from the Jonas Brothers group
“Joe Jonas”,but ended in October that year.Taylor said that her heartbreak song Forever
and Always was inspired by Joe Jonas himself.In 2009 Rumours said about Taylor Swift
dating Taylor Lautner, The song Back to December off her album Speak Now was
dedicated to Taylor Lautner. In 2010 taylor Swift was told to be briefly dating actor Jake
Gyllenhaal,but they broke up in early 2011.
