  • Preparation
    Go to http://txtlocal.co.uk/ and sign up for a Free account
    Ten Free SMS and Two MMS
    Published and multi-platform API (VB, Java, Ruby etc)
    Get your UserName, Password and Sender Code
  • Preparation 2
    Create a Simple Web Page in Visual Studio
    Receives two URL variables
    “telnum” – will be the phone number from CRM On Demand
    “srnum” – will be the Service Request Number
  • Preparation 3
    90% of the work is already done for you in the examples available online

    All you need is to capture Request.QueryString
    Place the telnum in a label on your form
    Place the srnum in the text box on your form

    Test with your own mobile number and any number as SR Number

    Add two references to CRM On Demand Fields – Phone and SR Number
