Senior Motor Pricing Analyst / Manager – Personal LinesThe company:An exceptional opportunity to join a leading company as part of a newly developed team within Motor Pricing to assistwith the consistent development and innovation within their pricing and product suites.The role:Actively review the existing and historical pricing structures to maximise profitable growth across your designatedproduct line up.Manage and develop the existing teams skills and processesAssist with the design, specification and the development of the pricing structure for both existing and new productsReview more junior colleagues recommendations accordingly – implement or advise where corrections are requiredMonitor the performance of ongoing pricing initiativesEnsure the correct pricing strategy is in place for clients across multiple pricing points (1 st quote, 1st renewal etcAssist senior management with pricing and other projects as requiredRecruit additional members of staff as required.To succeed in the role you should have:You will have solid experience within UK Insurance industry with exposure to pricing motor risks across multipleproduct line upsA Degree in Mathematics/Statistics is desirable (not essential)Previous experience is highly sought after, with exposure to handling large data sets across several platformsThe Rewards:Our client are currently highly negotiable on basic salary (Guidance of £80,000) + Benefits + Bonus
