Half Day Professional Photography Package: $895 + Expenses (local travel expenses & standard
shipping included)
• Our photographer comes to your event and shoots photos per your direction (up to 4 hours*)
• Posting and archiving of one high-resolution downloadable, print-quality photo (you choose your
favorite photo) for free editorial use in the NewsCom (NewsCom.com) photo gallery, the leading online
photo archive.
• 1 CD or DVD of all high-resolution (unretouched) digital jpeg photos to be mailed two business
days following the photo shoot. RUSH charges will apply if needed sooner.
*The 4 hours includes travel time, onsite availability, shooting, editing and transmitting of photos.
Full Day Professional Photography Package: $1,595 + Expenses (local travel expenses & standard
shipping included)

• Posting and archiving of one high-resolution downloadable, print-quality photo (you choose your
favorite photo) for free editorial use in the NewsCom (NewsCom.com) photo gallery, the leading online
photo archive.
• 1 CD or DVD of all high-resolution (unretouched) digital jpeg photos to be mailed two business
days following the photo shoot. RUSH charges will apply if needed sooner.
**The 8 hours includes travel time, onsite availability, shooting, editing and transmitting of photos.
Examples of Expenses
• Overtime: $250/hour
• CD or DVD burned on-site: $50/disc
• Additional CD or DVD: $50/disc (Discs requested more than 30 days after the shoot: $150)
• Additional or expedited Shipping/Messenger: $35
• Mileage: 48.5 cents/mile for non-local shoots
• Optional online posting: $100 for one year
• If a particular non-local photographer is requested, travel expenses can include (but are not
limited to) airfare, rental car, hotel, and meals.
Note: Price for assignment photography service does not include the price of photo distribution through PR
Newswire. Client may use the photos for editorial and PR purposes. Advertising rights require an additional
fee.
Cancellation fees: Photo shoots happening within 48 hours of a major holiday (Thanksgiving,
Christmas, New Year's, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day) use the following cancellation policy:
Within 2 business days (Less than 48 hours) - 100% charge of the Photography Fee and any expenses incurred
Within 3 business days (Less than 72 hours) - 50 % charge of the Photography Fee and any expenses incurred
Other times of the year:
Within 1 business day (Less than 24 hours) - 100% charge of the Photography Fee and 100% of any expenses
incurred
Within 2 business days (Less than 48 hours) - 75% charge of the Photography Fee and 100% of any expenses
incurred
Within 3 business days (Less than 72 hours) - 50% charge of the Photography Fee and 100% of any expenses
incurred

2. Once confirmed, if any travel, etc. have been paid and the client cancels and we are unable to get reimbursed
for expenses, the client pays 100% of those expenses. Notification applies during regular business hours.
Note: All shooting is done digitally. We do NOT offer printing services or shoot film. These rates apply to
domestic photo shoots. Please contact PR Newswire to inquire about international photo shoots.
ASSIGNMENT PHOTOGRAPHY ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
Please complete the following list of information for the Assignment Photography Department in order to
schedule a photographer for your project. Please be very specific in describing your photographic needs. The
details you provide will help us choose the right photographer for your project.
Once completed, SAVE this document with a unique title related to your project or company (i.e.,
CWPT_Feb11.doc, Discovery_Oct20.doc, etc.) and email to photography@prnewswire.com.

Photo is sent to the Thomson Reuters board in the heart of Times Square. Photo will be displayed with a 100-
