The Antigonish Chamber of Commerce has selected Richard Burelle as its new Executive Director. Richard has extensive experience in both the private and non-profit sectors, with skills in team leadership, communication, and problem-solving. He will work to build up the Antigonish business community in this new role.

Following the resignation of our Executive Director, Anne Marie MacKenzie, the
Governance and Human Resources Committee conducted a thorough and
exhaustive search for a new ED.
There were many tremendous candidates who put their names forward for the
position, and after much deliberation, the Selection Committee is pleased to
announce its selection.
Richard Burelle has an extensive background in both the private sector and the non-
profit sector, with great experience in a board setting. He is an effective team leader,
a proficient communicator, and a motivated problem solver.
The Board of Directors is very excited to have Mr. Burelle be a part of the Chamber
team, and Mr. Burelle is anxious to get to work building the Antigonish business
community.
