Sufficient lighting and comfortable temperature

Suggested seating configuration: U-shape to allow more student-to-student and trainer-student interaction

Language
Course registrants should be clearly notified in advance of written and verbal language requirements
If necessary, translation must be provided. Translator should be fluent in both languages, have some technical knowledge about the course content, and should review the course content prior to the start of the course.
Simultaneous or sequential translation may be used.
If sequential translation is used, instruct the trainer to adjust the duration of specific modules to make sure that all key learning objectives are met. For example, some activities or exercises may be optional, or the duration of the day extended, within reason.

pre-course questionnaire on learning styles and individual motivations for taking the course, and expectations from the course

Course presentation slides (preferably formatted with room for note-taking)
Group exercises, individual practice problems

Toolkits, including sample forms – e.g. completed audit report, completed non-conformance report, audit checklists, etc.
Background reading materials
Links to information resources, including websites
