  • 1. A German „Quark Stollen“
  • 2.
    • Grease the baking form. (if available)
  • 3.
    • Cut the baking paper.
  • 4.
    • Weigh, mix and knead the dough.
    • At first mix 500g of flour and 1 package of baking powder.
    • Then put the rest of the ingredients to the flour and baking powder.
  • 5.
    • Form the dough if a baking form is not available.
    Form a circle of dough. Then put the right and the left side of the dough in the middle.
  • 6.
    • Put the quark stollen in the oven.
    • Baking time in a pre-heated oven: 60-70 min.
    • Top-/bottom heat: 160-180°C
    • Hot air: 150°C
  • 7.
    • Put a cold wet cloth on the hot baking form.
    • The reason:
    • Without a cold wet cloth the stollen will break.
  • 8.
    • Spread the stollen with melted butter.
    • Coat it with powdered sugar.
  • 9. And now: Enjoy your stollen!
