In this assessment you will have opportunities to provide evidence against the following criteria. You will need to outline the interpersonal skills required by non-direct care workers, you will need to pick 5 from the following subheading: 1. Use examples which demonstrate how the non-direct care worker may support a colleague in their role whether it be direct or non – direct care.
