Finally, we makefeasibility analysis of new offshore wind farm project, including technical andeconomic feasibility analysis. Objective parameters are adopted in the analysis whichcan be referred by offshore wind farm project investors. China is rich in offshorewind resources, by far, Development and Reform Commission of China has takenDonghai Bridge offshore wind power project as a pilot operation and get somesuccessful experience. Though there are many technical difficulties to developOffshore Wind Power, we still believe China will make a great progress in OffshoreWind Power projects in the future as the onshore wind energy. On 22 January 2010,the State Energy Administration (the "SEA") and the State Oceanic Administration(the "SOA") jointly issued the Interim Measures on the Administration ofDevelopment and Construction of Offshore Wind Power.
