While already possible in the backend (SAPGui), we plan to add ability to maintain country-specific employee data, for next wave of countries as listed, utilizing the HR Renewal interface which is considered a consumer grade UIAnalytics Lane - Enhanced visual analytics lane for landing page puts key metrics in HR Professionals line of sight with ability to quickly drill in for more detailQuick, robust search on personnel and org management. A simple search based on ABAP search is included at no extra charge. However, in this development we plan to offer an optional search based on Net Weaver Enterprise Search. The optional search requires a NW Enterprise Search license which customers may already utilze
  • Re.Creation and deployment of HR processes, for HR professionals, managers, and employees, at lowest cost. HCM Processes and Forms framework enhancements allow simple and quick configuration of processes by referencing whole employee and org infotype screens. Processes may be initiated by employees, managers and HR Professionals with screens presented in specified order specified via the HR Renewal UI. Existing customers will appreciate that this project in nicknamed internally as “New PA40” as the configuration is done inside the HCM Processes and Forms framework but conceptually, is configured much the same as an action in the backend which is then executed via PA40 with moresimilar effort.
  • Regulatory and policy compliance regarding data privacy and security (France and UK). Data retention and destruction tools means tools that manage how long to keep certain employee data and then help delete it after the specified period. The goal is then to limit data privacy risk by deleting sensitive data after it is no longer needed.
