The club is home to a Senior Football Team , Junior A,B and C Football, PremierIntermediate Hurling, Junior A and B hurling, Senior and Junior Camogie and Ladies football sectionat the adult level.At the youths level we cater for teams inevery section from Under 11 to Under 18in the Juvenile section and the fantasticallysuccessul academy runs every Sundaymorning for 6 to 10 year olds.Our most prominent current playerswould have to be Pa Kelly and JohnMiskella All-Ireland winners with theCork Senior Foobtall Team, and they havebeen joined on this years panel by ourGoalkeeper, David Lordan, but Ballincollighas a long tradition of supplying playersto Cork teams, and the conveyor beltcontinues this year with Sean Kiely andLuke Prendergast representing the Club atCork Minor Level.Over the years Ballincollig has beenproudly served by many Committeepeople, Managers and Selectors,Groundstaff and Support staff, and it istheir tireless dedication to maintaining andprogressing this fabulous Club, that makesit a great place to be involved in, so pleasefeel free to come and join us.And indeed, to demonstrate the sharedsporting history this proud town enjoys,Ballincollig GAAs current Chairman,Tommy Weste, will feature on theBallincollig Soccer Legends XI, as he won aMunster Junior Cup with Ballincollig backin the day. The club is run by experienced Muay Thai fighters SéamusCogan and John Kelly and is open six days a week. All are welcome, with adult classes Monday toThursday @ 7pm and again on Saturday mornings @ 11 am. Kids classes (under 12) are held twicea week in the club from 6 pm – 7 pm Mondays and Wednesdays. We also offer an intense CircuitTraining class every Friday evening 6.30 pm and Saturday morning 10 am. The club has an open doorpolicy and is run under the premise that everyone adopts a friendly, respectful and hard workingattitude once they step inside.
