    • Strengthening TB and HIV&AIDS Responses in East Central Uganda Lessons Learned Organizations are more responsive to interventions if addressed individually through mentorship If well facilitated CSOs have the capacity to effectively deliver services in hard-to-reach areas If well coordinated CSOs will work to complement services rather than look at each other as competitors 11
    • Strengthening TB and HIV&AIDS Responses in East Central Uganda What to gain from the model Using a multipronged approach to capacity building ensures ownership of capacity building interventions through a participatory process The multi -pronged approach to capacity building will help implementers tailor the best interventions to individual organization since “NO ONE SIZE FITS ALL” 12
