Review Your Financial Situation

A pre-approval letter is a letter from a bank or a lender estimating
how much they'll lend you

Pulling Credit: Is It Harmful?

home inspection or getting financing.

• Arrange to notify county offices to change ownership
What do Title companies do?
Prepare the final documents, including the HUD-1
