The contract proposal outlined steps for moving forward with the project within the allotted time frame. All components of the proposal would occur at the same time. It would be necessary for one entity to perform the proposed population-in-need study in order that consistent information is gathered statewide and the data consistently interpreted. This study would provide information that could be used for responses to a Request for Information. The Chair recommended contracting with WICHE according to the proposal and starting the facilitation process at the May meeting. All members present were in agreement. Sara Stover (Division of Financial Management) will work with the Attorney General’s Office to draft the contract. The meeting adjourned at 2:55 p.m.
