The LincolnWay Foundation is, this year, offering a grand prize of $100,000 in their annual raffle. This year, we were asked to help make the Dream Raffle a reality. The raffle benefits the thousands of students that attend the LincolnWay schools in the southwest suburbs, with 95% of the raffle proceeds purchasing technology and equipment to enhance education.
The “Dream A Little Dream...Or A Great Big Dream” campaign kicked off in May, with a folder mailer sent to alumni and previous ticket buyers. Open houses are being held regularly to make ticket buying easy and these location hosts are generously offering giveaways and their own in-house raffles for ticket purchasers. Over $100 of coupons are included with each ticket purchase.

• Facebook advertising targets LincolnWay residents and raffle and game of chance lovers nationwide.
• Four mailers are being sent to a purchased list of those in the LincolnWay territory who show a strong interest in raffles.
• Buck slips are distributed for about two weeks before each open house.
• Advertising on the front cover of hyper-local papers appears each month of the campaign.
• Metra cars on the Southwest and Rock Island lines carry advertisements.

• A-frames announce open house locations.
