REALTY FACT shall hold a Real Estate Awards to reward
the excellent performances by people in and associated with
real estate industry. These Awards is India’s renowned and
most credible real estate awards.
The elite awards would identify and honour the professionals
who have envisioned and created marvels in the real estate
industry to create a mark of India’s development on the map
of the world. It’s a gesture to celebrate the magnificent
architecture and intricate interiors of Indian industry.
The awards shall evaluate not only the financial performance
of a firm but also projects that have delivered on the standards
of quality, customer satisfaction and efficiency.
The Real Estate Awards shall honor not only high
performing builders but also architects and contractors who
have delivered par excellence across the country. Hence, for
each Project that shall be awarded, the entire team shall be
recognized for the herculean effort that went into the making
of the project. While the builder gets the award, the Contractor
& the Architect/Designer shall get the commendations.
The Real Estate Awards will be attended by country’s top

firms, property consultants, corporate broking firms, finance

Eligibility criteria for participation in the awards
1. The nominated project must be located in India.
2. For completed projects, only projects which have been
completely delivered (with Full Occupancy/Completion
certificates) in the period starting January 01, 2015
onwards are eligible for nomination.
3. For upcoming projects, only projects which have received
commencement certificates/building permits/certificate
from local authority to commence construction and have
launched their projects as on 1st September 2015 are
eligible for nomination.
4. Pricing criteria (excluding service tax, registration cost and
other statutory levies) for each residential segment (luxury,
mid-segment and budget) are:
Terms and conditions
1. Please complete all sections of the form.
2. All the section marked with (*) are compulsory to be filled
in by all the applicants.
3. Each organization can nominate in a maximum of 4 award
categories across all regional levels
4. 	 A single project can be nominated in a maximum of two
categories.
5. 	 In case of mix use projects, only the residential, commercial
or retail phases of the project can be nominated in
appropriate categories.
6. The nominated project should have all necessary
government approvals. Awards management has the right
to ask for documentary proof for the information provided
in the application form.
7. 	 It is mandatory to submit the following documents (soft
copy) along with your entry.
	 Failure to do so renders the entry disqualified:
a. 	 Signed declaration on letterhead/stamped by an authorized
signatory of the nominated project/
	 company in the format given in Annexure 1
a. 	 3 on-site pictures
b. 	 Commencement certificates/ building permit/ certificate
from local authority to commence construction and title
search report for upcoming projects
c. 	 Occupancy/ Completion certificates and title search report
for completed projects
d. 	 Project specifications including details and floor plans
e. 	 Project brochure
F. 	 Environmental Clearance (EC) / Application of EC to be
provided for all projects above 2 Lakh Sq. feet
	 Area.
g. Print, TV and other marketing campaigns for ‘Best
Marketing Campaign’ category

The nominated project must be located in India. 2. For completed projects, only projects which have been completely delivered (with Full Occupancy/Completion certificates) in the period starting January 01, 2015 onwards are eligible for nomination. 3. For upcoming projects, only projects which have received commencement certificates/building permits/certificate from local authority to commence construction and have launched their projects as on 1st September 2015 are eligible for nomination. 4. Pricing criteria (excluding service tax, registration cost and other statutory levies) for each residential segment (luxury, mid-segment and budget) are: Terms and conditions 1. Each organization can nominate in a maximum of 4 award categories across all regional levels 4. A single project can be nominated in a maximum of two categories. 5. In case of mix use projects, only the residential, commercial or retail phases of the project can be nominated in appropriate categories. 6. The nominated project should have all necessary government approvals. Awards management has the right to ask for documentary proof for the information provided in the application form. 7. It is mandatory to submit the following documents (soft copy) along with your entry. Failure to do so renders the entry disqualified: a. Signed declaration on letterhead/stamped by an authorized signatory of the nominated project/ company in the format given in Annexure 1 a. 3 on-site pictures b. Commencement certificates/ building permit/ certificate from local authority to commence construction and title search report for upcoming projects c. Occupancy/ Completion certificates and title search report for completed projects d. Project specifications including details and floor plans e. Project brochure F. Environmental Clearance (EC) / Application of EC to be provided for all projects above 2 Lakh Sq. feet Area. g. Print, TV and other marketing campaigns for ‘Best Marketing Campaign’ category 8.
