Case no. 10-06275 Galileo Development, Inc. recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and, although no sale has been announced, the Debtor’s assets may be available for acquisition under the right circumstances. The Debtor is a real estate developer and the owner of a certain real property in Naperville, Illinois, with a principal place of business located at 4007 Heron Court in Naperville, Illinois. The Debtor’s real property totals $3.5 million and consists of a single family dwelling located at 719 Sunset Drive in Naperville, Illinois, valued at $1.3 million and a single family dwelling located at 1033 Page Court in Naperville, Illinois, valued at $2.2 million. The Debtor’s personal property includes: accounts receivable of $25,000; over 500 storage units with an unknown value; vehicles valued at $450; office equipment valued at $500; and a John Deer push mower valued at $50. The Debtors indicates that there are over 500 storage unit contracts. The Debtor’s gross rental income for 2007 was $469,240 and for 2008 it was $463,185.
