    'REAL ESTATE CLIENT REFERRALS provides a valuable service. They provide leads that have been confirmed and the leads are warm. No cold calling. I would recommend using the hot transfer service in order to introduce your self while the client is on the telephone. The one thing that I have learned about internet leads is that this is a process and not an event. Leads usually take time to convert.'

    'In December of 2006 REAL ESTATE CLIENT REFERRALS sent me a buyer who wanted to buy, fix up and flip homes. I followed up with her by phone and then, emailed some listings. Within 30 days, she had found a property, closed on it, and my commission was $4,950. Not bad for the first lead! What I really like is that, not only did I earn a commission on the sale of the home, but will be listing the new remodel sometime later this month if all goes well. What I have found to be effective for follow up is the method I just explained, and will continue to use it with other new referrals sent my way. This was a quality lead and has already paid for my investment with REAL ESTATE CLIENT REFERRALS, and then some.
