2. Apostille and Notarization - CRC
All South African applicants must have their original Police
Clearance Certificate authenticated with a notarization and
apostille. Take it to a Notary Public and have it notarized.
After it is Notarized you need to send it to the South African
Department of Foreign Affairs for the apostille. Once you
receive it back please send scans of it to your EPIK/SMOE
advisor, for confirmation that everything is correct.
3. Apostille and Notarization - Diploma
All South African applicants must submit a photocopy of
their diploma/degree that has been notarized and apostilled.
Take the photocopy of your diploma to a Notary Public to
have it notarized.
Then send your notarized photocopy to the South African
Department of Foreign Affairs for the apostille.
