    • Renate is the former coordinator and lead instructor for the College Success Program at Bow Valley College in Calgary, Alberta. She has over 20 years experience as a facilitator and educator in the human potential field. A powerful and inspiring speaker, Renate has worked with individuals and teams in Canada and the United States.
    • Renate took her first coaching training in the winter of 2003 and has been coaching in some capacity ever since. She is a Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University, and active member of the International Coach Federation™ (ICF). She is currently completing an additional certification in Integral Coaching through Integral Coaching Canada™, the only integral coaching program officially recognized by the Integral Institute™.
    • In addition, she is a Clinical Hypnotherapist certified through the International Medical Dental Hypnotherapy Association™ (IMDHA). Her expertise is in using hypnotherapy for personal and professional development. She firmly believes that top athletes have coaches and hypnotherapists—so should top leaders and professionals.
    • In 2010, Renate founded Emergence Hypnotherapy and Coaching, an organization dedicated to supporting leaders, companies, teams and individuals develop the mental aptitude they need. A true educator, Renate says she is willing to share everything she ever learned about anything to anyone who can sit still (and stay awake) long enough.
