  • 15. COR POR ATE TEAM ANOOP KUMAR Managing Director Mr. Kumar is one of the Promoters of Clarks Group Of Hotels. Graduated from Austria in Hotel Management, Mr. Kumar has attended several courses from Cornell University and IIM, Lucknow. His experience and background spans across the hospitality business for more than two decades having in depth knowledge in giving a shape to a hotel from scratch.
  • 16. S.N. SRIVASTAVA Vice President A Law Graduate from Lucknow University & also having PG Diploma in Travel Tourism from Institute of Tourism, Gwalior, has been working with Clarks Group of Hotels for more than 3 ½ decades in various capacities. He has been part of the opening team of the company ever since the concept of taking over the hotels on management contract. He undertakes the responsibility for overall business expansion & spearheading the development plans, enhancement of brand equity, visibility & increase the market share to keep up the pace of exponential growth of the company. He also looks after the entire administrative responsibility of the company.
  • 17. RAHUL BANERJEE G.M. Operations A Hotel Management Graduate with about 15 years of experience with renowned Hotel Groups such as The Leela, ITC Welcome Group and Gemini Continental. Prior to the present position, Rahul was associated with the Group as the Unit Head for Clarks Inn Hubli. Due to his excellent record, Rahul has taken over the responsibility of over – looking the hotel operations of the entire group.

DILIP KUMAR CHHABRA Regional Manager - Operations A Graduate from Kanpur with a career spanning about 25 years in Hospitality industry, Dilip has joined Clarks Inn Group of Hotels as Regional Manager - Operations. Dilip has worked with The Oberoi Hotels for a decade and then moved to The Imperial Delhi as a Senior Manager, getting promoted To Assistant Director (F &B) at The Grand-Delhi and then With Carlson – Delhi as a Director F&B. His last assignment was as a General Manager for The Grand Imperial Agra.

SANDEEP SINGH Regional Manager - Operations A Hotel Management Graduate from ISM, Ranchi in 1992 with a career spanning over 02 decades in Hospitality industry, Sandeep has joined Clarks Inn Group of Hotels as Regional Manager Operations. Sandeep brings with him hardcore hotel operations in reputed International and Domestic Hotels Companies such as Crowne Plaza, Jaypee Group, Sarovar Hotels, Choice Group of Hotels, Life Hotel & Convention Centre and Radisson Group of Hotels. His last assignment was as a General Manager for The Radisson, Haridwar.

NIHIT SRIVASTAVA General Manager - North A Hotel Management Graduate from Educational Institute of American Hotel & Lodging Association, Nihit has over 15 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. His previous stints were with reputed Groups such as The Taj, The Oberoi’s, Clarks, Hyatt Regency and RKHS. Nihit was associated with the group as General Manager of the Pacific Mall property (NCR-Delhi). Due to his excellent performance Nihit has taken over the responsibility of over-seeing the profitability of Hotels of the Group in North India.
  • 21. SUSHMA YADAV Corporate Housekeeper A Hotel Management Graduate with about 03 decades of experience with renowned Hotel Groups such as ITC Group, Le Meridien, Taj Group of Hotels, Leela Kempinski and Sarovar Group of Hotels in addition to being involved in Housekeeping Consultancy for reputed Hotels and Hospitals. Ms.Yadav is responsible for managing the housekeeping operations of all the hotels.
  • 22. SHAMBHU KUMAR Finance Controller Shambhu has got varied experience in diverse industries for about a decade. He has got a very rich exposure in firm as such LB Jha & Associates, Cognizant Business Solutions, JK Technosoft & Hindustan Coca Cola. A Chartered Accountant by Qualification, Shambhu is responsible for the Group’s Corporate Finance and Accounting Division.
  • 23. MUKESH KUMAR Finance Manager Mukesh has got varied experience in diverse industries for about 15 years. He has got a very rich exposure in Audit Firms such as KK Jha & Associates, Satish Aggarwal & Associates, Amrit Exports Pvt Ltd, Ford, BPTP Ltd and Gupta Rai & Associates. A Chartered Accountant by Qualification, Mukesh is responsible for the Group’s Corporate Audit Division.

SANDEEP ROY Head - HR & Training A Hotel Management Graduate with immense experience in various facets of hospitality industry which includes handling 02 hotels as General Manager and work experience with reputed chains of hotels such as ITC Welcom Group, Sarovar Hotels, Dolphin Hotels, Cambay Hotels, etc., in addition to being involved in Training and Recruitment for various organizations like Wipro, GE, Indigo Airlines, Kingfisher Airlines, etc. Sandeep is in-charge of managing the Group’s Human Resource and Training Needs.

NITIN SRIVASTAVA Head – Sales & Marketing Nitin is looking after the entire Sales needs of the company and is responsible for Budgeting, Marketing tie – ups, Central reservations, Company’s loyalty program, Coordination with key corporate houses and travel agents, Structuring the tariff of the hotels, Promotional campaigns, etc. to achieve the targets set by the higher management. Besides, he is also into future expansion of upcoming properties. An MBA in Sales and Marketing and also a Post Graduate in Software Technology from NIIT, prior to this assignment, he was heading the Travel Division of Clarks Group of Hotels based in Lucknow for about a decade.

VINOD SRIVASTAVA Area Manager - Uttarakhand A Hotel Management Graduate with about 02 decades of experience in reputed Hotels such as ITC Fortune, Windsor Hotels, Maya Hotels and Choice Hotels. Vinod Srivastava had joined the Group as Resident Manager for Clarks Inn Alwar and after a 02 – years stint was promoted as General Manager for the Group’s Goa unit. Presently, Vinod has been given the responsibility of Business Development Activities in the state of Uttarakhand.
  • 27. DHEERAJ KUMAR Manager - Sales A Post Graduate from Delhi University having about a decade of experience in various online & offline travel companies and hotels. He has worked with Travel Companies such as Sita, Fareportal, Yatra.com, Magic rooms and Aveda Hotels and Resorts. Dheeraj is now responsible for sales and marketing activities of the group.  
  • 28. ANURAG DHINGRA Manager - Revenue A Hotel Management graduate having about a decade of experience in Front Office Operations and Room Reservations Management. His previous assignments were with reputed hotel brands such as Trident, Eros by Hilton and Country Inn & Suites by Carlson. Anurag is now looking after Revenue Management and GDS & Online Travel Agents Reservations of the entire group.
