On a daily basis, vital pricing decisions were majorly affected due to the inaccuracy of data and technical capability issues. The team of 400 people in its hotel contracting team couldn’t get the best rate from the hotel on a regular basis. Additionally, they were not being able to track small independent hotel websites as their sites used to crash if a web spider were to hit them hard to extract the rates. The OTA Company approached us and discussed their issues and concerns in detail. Clear requirements given were the stability and robustness of the solution and accuracy of the data feed that the team could trust.
