ur company is currently specializing in the purchase of land, urban management, complete design and architectural planning of buildings to make.
Subsequently, these lands are sold or supplied to companies in which Raso del Arca; S.L. is participating with other partners to complete construction and sale.
Our projects are aimed primarily at tourist facilities and residential growth areas.
They are situated in areas with landscape and historical importance within the Spanish territory.
Our main goal is the selection of land in strategic locations, as well as the added value of its design, always linked to market research.
Additionally Raso del Arca, S.L. since 2007 is developing initiatives to diversify and internationalization in emerging countries.
