  • 3. INTRODUCTION
    • Hoarding facing the public will be fully branded
    • 4. The branding is made up of a layer of panels secured to wooden hoarding:
    • 5. Panels are diabond material; high gloss with anti graffiti layer
    • 6. It will be put up the same day as the fence
    • 7. It will have a high gloss full colour photographic finish
    • 8. It will have a graffiti resistant finish
    • 9. It will be well lit
    • 10. It will be cleaned weekly
    • 11. It will be maintained weekly
    • 12. Sections will be updated quarterly
  • DESIGN CONCEPT
    • The St. Stephen’s Greensitewill have a hoarding design made up of the following parts;
    • 13. A signature section
    • 14. A local information section
    • 15. Multiple activity sections such as;
    • 16. Food, Shopping, Comfort, Entertainment, Business, History, Culture, Sport, Parks, Children, Getting Around and Parking & Traffic
    • 17. A Metro North section

  • 37. INTRODUCTION
    • 50% of the surface area on full height metal mesh fencing with vehicle protection barriers will be branded
    • 38. The branding is made up of poster boards secured to fences:
    • 39. Board are high gloss full colour corriboards
    • 40. It will be put up the same day as the fence
    • 41. It will have a high gloss full colour finish, not quite photographic
    • 42. It will be cleaned weekly
    • 43. It will be maintained weekly
    • 44. Key parts will be updated quarterly
    • 45. Similar to the hoarding a series of poster boards will be in place to introduce the area, orientate people, promote local facilities and activities and explain Metro North
