  2. 2. Time <ul><li>Time  is a part of the measuring system used to sequence events, to compare the durations of events and the intervals between them, and to quantify rates of change such as the motions of objects. </li></ul>

Space-time <ul><li>dimensional and time playing the role of a fourth dimension that is of a different sort from the spatial dimensions.  </li></ul>In physics,  space-time is any mathematical model that combines space and time into a single continuum. Time Travel <ul><li>Time travel  is the concept of moving between different points in time like moving between different points in space, either sending objects backwards in time to some moment before the present, or sending objects forward from the present to the future without the need to experience the disturbance in normal rate of time. </li></ul>
  6. 6. Experimental Proofs <ul><li>There are various experiments done to check if Time Travel is possible or not. </li></ul><ul><li>Twin Paradoxial Experiment </li></ul><ul><li>Is speed of light the maximum speed? </li></ul>

Twin Paradoxial Experiment <ul><li>In this Experiment two Cesium atomic clocks were matched and then was kept on earth and other sent in spaceship. </li></ul><ul><li>After a long time interval it was found that when clock was at higher speed and no gravitational pull was there the clock in ship ran slower than the clock on earth. </li></ul><ul><li>Therefore, clock on earth was ahead of clock in spaceship. </li></ul>

Is speed of light the maximum speed? <ul><li>An Experiment was performed in LHC (Large Hadron Collider) at CERN near Geneva near Franco-Swiss Border. </li></ul><ul><li>In that Experiment it was found that maximum speed that can be obtained is 0.99999c. </li></ul><ul><li>It was also found that mass of proton increases 1000 times. </li></ul><ul><li>And the time for proton decreases 1000 times. </li></ul>

  10. 12. Methods For Time Travel <ul><li>Time travel to the past is theoretically allowed using the following methods: </li></ul><ul><li>Travelling faster than the speed of light </li></ul><ul><li>The use of black holes </li></ul><ul><li>Wormholes </li></ul>

  12. 14. Time Travel By Train <ul><li>In this method, a train track is need that runs around the Earth, has no turn or slight deflections or ups and downs. This train when runs has no speed limit. When it reaches to the speed of light the time travel is possible thereafter. </li></ul>
  13. 15. Facts <ul><li>Top speed is speed of light </li></ul><ul><li>(29,97,92,458 m/sec) </li></ul><ul><li>Traveling 7 times per second around the Earth. </li></ul><ul><li>Hence, if the travellers travel for 1 week in train they would have travel 100 Earth years. </li></ul>

Time Travel Using Wormhole <ul><li>Wormholes are windows between two distinct space and/or time. </li></ul><ul><li>To time travel one has to just pass through a wormhole. </li></ul><ul><li>They will travel to different time easily. </li></ul><ul><li>We can go both in past and future by using Wormhole. </li></ul>

Conclusion <ul><li>We humans need a lot of researches to be done to make time machines. </li></ul><ul><li>That can either travel faster than light or enlarge a wormhole enough for a man or spaceship to travel through a wormhole. </li></ul><ul><li>At present time travel is not possible but in future it might be possible to travel in time. </li></ul>
