  • 10.  87.4% customers are satisfied with the performance of Jk tyre, which is slightly less than MRF satisfaction level.  Almost all the customers (95%) are aware about the tubeless tyre technology. So we can say that this technology will be very beneficial for the companies in near future.  82.4% customers said that tubeless tyre performance is good. Nobody said that it is bad or not satisfactory.  Customers said that less puncture and safety are the major benefits of tubeless tyres as compare to tube type tyres.  Customer Buying Behavior very much depends on dealer’s suggestion and on the condition of store.  Driving status affect the satisfaction level.  Tyre checkup and driving status does not affect the awareness stats.
  • 11.  Cost advantage is necessary but it should not reflect in the quality of products. Means selling your product at a reasonable price is good but it should not be at cost of quality of product.  Company could come in two-wheeler segment to increase their sales.  Company should use the raw material of better quality for the long life of the tyre.
