  • 22. 22 Rotary International Membership Retention – Seven Steps:  Identifying well – qualified members  Introducing prospective members to Rotary by informing them about RI programs and the club’s service efforts  Inviting prospective members to become club members  Inducting new members in a dignified and meaningful manner  Educating new members with a formal orientation program  Quickly involving new members in club committees, activities, fundraisers, board meetings, weekly club meetings, and social activities  Educating members on a continual basis through a formal continuing education program
