The wonderful thing about coaching teams over a long period is getting time to work through a wider range of challenges and seeing them work through all the highs and lows. After the excitement of the “Agile honeymoon”, weeks roll into months and months into years. You may find maintaining momentum on learning and growth can be tough — especially when you’re there all the time. I’ve found the secret lies in shifting to more one-on-one coaching and taking a backseat in team discussions. Come to this session to hear ideas for keeping your coaching approach fresh!
