  • 5 Reasons why not to use MSDCRM 4.0;

    1) It's a Microsoft product; Every new version release/rollup introduces as much bugs as it fixes.

    2) It's a Microsoft product; If there is a standard, Microsoft will implement it's own.

    3) It's a Microsoft product; It's expensive.

    4) It's a Microsoft product; It only works on/with other Microsoft products.

    5) A CRM never works out of the box. It needs to be implemented professionally. This will require some customization. Managing different versions of customizations on different environments is virtually impossible (even without the bugs).

    If your company;
    - Likes buggy software
    - Does not care about standards
    - Makes more profit than any shareholder could hope for
    - Uses only Microsoft products
    - Can work with the CRM out of the box

    Then MSDCRM 4.0 is just for you.
    Else I suggest looking at open source alternatives or other CRM suppliers.
