    • Log in to the application and the dash board appears. The configuration menu has five tabs. Click on the first tab START RECRUITING to begin the actual process of recruitment.
    Step 1 – Start Recruiting Helps in tracking an existing applicant on entering keywords such as, First Name, Last Name, City and postal code etc RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH APPLICANT

    • Choose either of the two SEARCH APPLICANT or else SEARCH REQUIREMENT to proceed with recruitment
    • Lets click on the SEARCH APPLICANT tab.
    Step 2 – Search Applicant RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH APPLICANT

    • Enter required information, click SUBMIT and Scroll down
    • A list of Applicants is displayed with their names, contact numbers, email ids and resumes. S elect the Applicant that matches requirement
    • Click on the Applicant’s name to get a view the Applicant’s information
    Step 3 – View Applicants List RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH APPLICANT

    • Click SEARCH REQUIREMENT Tab, enter the required information and SUBMIT

    • A list of Requirements appears, click on JOB ID to view the entire information on the requirement
    Step 5 – Select Requirement RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH APPLICANT

    • The next page displays detailed list of requirements for a particular job, for example the Requirement Date, Job Title, required S kill Sets, Project Duration etc. Below the list is the OPEN APPLICATION tab click to proceed.
    Step 6 – View Requirement RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH APPLICANT

    • Under Call Log match Requirement Details with Applicant Details.
    • 2. Click START APPLICANT APPROVAL to send an automated mail to the Applicant with a link to CONFIRM the Job Opening. A dd comments to the mail is required.
    • 3. Or submit the Applicant resume to client by clicking on DIRECT SUBMIT CLIENT. Here he/she is directed to COMPOSE MAIL Page and the Applicant’s resume can be attached and mailed to the client.
    Step 7 – Call Log RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH APPLICANT

    • Once the Applicant confirms, his application will be sent to the READY FOR SUBMISSION Tab
    • HR User can send the Applicant’s information to the client through COMPOSE MAIL
    Step 8 – Ready for Submission RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH APPLICANT

    • View list of Applicants sent to client on SUBMISSION MADE Tab
    • The ONBOARD and SCHEDULAR icons appear beside names of all applicants submitted to client. Schedule interview for applicants with that particular client and ON BOARDs the selected Applicant upon confirmation from both parties.
    Step 9 – Application Submission RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH APPLICANT

    • ON BOARD and SCHEDULAR icons appear for all the applicants submitted to the client.
    • Interviews can be scheduled for applicants with that particular client and ON BOARD the selected Applicant upon confirmation from both parties by clicking on SUBMISSION MADE under the APPLICANT’S NAME.

  • 17. Step 3 – Search Requirement Click the START RECRUITING tab and chose either SEARCH APPLICANT and SEARCH REQUIREMENT. We will proceed with SEARCH REQUIREMENT tab. Enter the required details in the given fields and click SUBMIT RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH REQUIREMENT
  • 18. Step 4 – Select Requirements LIST OF REQUIREMENT is displayed, c hoose and click on the required JOB ID to view the detailed job information RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH REQUIREMENT
  • 19. Step 5 – View Requirement The VIEW REQUIREMENT page appears, click on SEARCH APPLICANT , e nter the required keywords for your search and click on SUBMIT RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH REQUIREMENT
  • 20. Step 6 – View Applicant List View the LIST OF APPLICANTS and select the desired Applicant. Click on the FIRST NAME to view detailed information about the Applicant. RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH REQUIREMENT After viewing Applicant information click OPEN APPLICATION to start Mapping Process

    • To receive approval from the Applicant click on START APPLICANT APPROVAL at the end of page to send an automated mail to the applicant, add comments to the mail and save them for future reference
    • Or submit the Applicant resume to client by clicking on DIRECT SUBMIT CLIENT. Here he/she is directed to COMPOSE MAIL Page and the Applicant’s resume can be attached and mailed to the client.
    Step 7 – Call Log RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH REQUIREMENT

    • On receiving the Applicant’s confirmation, his application can be sent to READY FOR SUBMISSION to intimate the client
    • Now send the APPLICANT’S INFORMATION to the client through COMPOSE MAIL
    RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH REQUIREMENT
  • 23. Step 9 – Onboard Applicant The ON BOARD and SCHEDULAR icons will appear for all the applicants submitted to the client. The HR User can schedule interview for applicants with that particular client and ON BOARD the selected Applicant upon confirmation from both parties by clicking on SUBMISSION MADE under the APPLICANT’S NAME.   • 24. RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN RESPONSE TO CANDIDATE RESUME POSTING In View Application Applicant submits Resume HR User Logs in Dashboard Appears Click Today Enter Call Log Start Applicant Approval Ready For Submission Submission Made On Boarded

    • The R-Lite DASH BOARD appears, to view the day’s resume submissions click on TODAY given below the MY ASSIGNED REQUIREMENTS Tab.
    • The page displays the Application received for a particular JOB TITLE. Click on the menu below ENTER CALL LOG
    Step 1 – Check Posted Resumes RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN RESPONSE TO RESUME POSTING
  • 26. Step 2 – Applicant Selection RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN RESPONSE TO RESUME POSTING
    • If the Applicant is selected for the Job Opening, click on START APPLICANT APPROVAL to send an intimation mail with a link to CONFIRM for the Job Opening. Add comments to mail if required
    • Or else submit the Applicant’s resume directly to the client by clicking on DIRECT SUBMIT CLIENT.
  • 27. Step 3 – Application Submission After Applicant’s confirmation his application will be sent to READY FOR SUBMISSION to intimate the client and the HR User can send the Applicant’s information to the client through COMPOSE MAIL RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN RESPONSE TO RESUME POSTING

Step 4 – Onboard Applicant After receiving confirmation from the client, the Applicant ‘s status can be changed to ON BOARD if the Applicant is employed by clicking on SUBMISSION MADE Menu and under the APPLICANT’S NAME by clicking ON BOARD Tab.
