  30. 30. BBA in Real Estate and Urban InfrastructureEligibility:• Students should have passed 10+2 grade with minimum 60% marks. While you await the 10+2 results, you can apply for admission on provisional basis, subject to validation of exam results at a later stage.Selection Criteria: Each application will be evaluated on the following criteria• Percentage achieved in 10+2• Statement of purpose• Personal interview

MBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure - specialisation in Investment and Finance or MarketingMBA in Construction Project ManagementEligibility:• Graduates in any field, with minimum 50% marks. For the MBA in CPM, preference will be given to Civil Engineering, Architecture and Planning graduatesSelection criteria: Each application will be evaluated on the following criteria• Percentage achieved in Graduation• Results of the entrance exam held at Amity Noida Campus./CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT scores are accepted.
