The French Pancake
-Crepes were originally served on Candlemas or the Blessed Virgin Mary Day
-Crepes are served in many different countries, for example, in Finland they are called
lettu
-In France creperies, or street stalls that sell crepes, can be found almost anywhere
-There are many different types of crepes, such as dessert crepes or gluten-free crepes
7. Cooking
Crepe
Step 1: Mix all ingredients together in a rotary beater
Step 2: Heat a small pan to medium heat
Step 3: Lightly grease the pan with butter
Step 4: Pour enough batter into the pan so that the bottom is just covered
Step 5: Wait until the crepe is cooked through, DO NOT flip the crepe
Step 6: Take the crepe and move it onto a separate plate
Don’t Forget, the ideal crepe is an almost paper thin crepe!!!!!
8. Add Toppings/Fruit

-Chocolate Syrup
-Whipped Cream
Fruit Used
-Bananas
-Strawberries
-Black Berries
9. The Finished Product

-After you finish putting on the toppings and fruit, fold the crepe in half
-Congratulations, you have finished your crepe!!
