  • 3. Deformed cecum, dilated terminal ileum and obtuse ileocecal angle
  • 4. Multiple strictures _string sign
  • 5. Poor filling of cecum, dilated terminal ileum
  • 6. H/O Rt hemicolectomy Biopsy _ T.B.
  • 7. Bilateral active tuberculosis with ileocaecal T.B
  • 8. On ATT with ileocaecal T.B.
  • 9. Spastic cecum Transit time _ 10 hrs
  • 10. Strictures, contracted cecum and distorted angle
  • 11. Ileocecal T.B. stricture in transverse colon ascitic fluid cytology_ T.B. nature
  • 12. Transit time 13 hrs deformed and mobile cecum
  • 13. Delayed gastric emptying time transit time 8 hrs.
  • 14. Malabsorption pattern ( 45 mts) symptoms mimic like T.B.
  • 15. Ileocecal region not seen after 8 hrs stricure 2 nd part of duodenum biopsy _ T.B.
  • 16. Ileocecal region not seen after 14 hrs on op. _ stricture at distal end of jejunum
  • 17. Bypass surgery done
  • 18. Round worm infestation linear filling defects
  • 19. Rt Hemicolectomy _ widespread involvement ? crohn’s disease ( biopsy not available)
  • 20. Ileocecal T.B. _ before Tt
  • 21. After Tt. Pain not relieved
  • 22. Mobile cecum _ supine position
  • 23. Mobile cecum _ head down position
  • 24. Mobile cecum _ head down position
  • 25. Mobile cecum _ standing position cecopexy done
  • 26. Finally
    • Majority ileocaecal T.B.
    • Few with pulmonary T.B.
    • Mobile cacum might give vague symptoms like T.B.
